LAKE CONCOW CAMPGROUND WAS HURT TREMENDOULSY BY THE BUTTE COUNTY CAMP FIRE. AFTER 3 PLUS YEARS, REPAIRS ARE STILL BEING COMPLETED, BUT WE ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC EVERY APRIL, BEGINNING WITH OUR ANNUAL EGG HUNT.
WE CLOSED AGAIN FOR BEAR AND DIXIE FIRE EVACUATIONS. WE WERE NOT DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THESE FIRES, BUT CHOSE TO REMAIN CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC TO ACCOMODATE FIRE SURVIVORS. THEIR NEEDS HAVE BEEN MET AND WE ARE NOW READY TO RE-OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND WILL REMAIN OPEN AS LONG AS WEATHER PERMITS.
